• We are fully licensed and insured.

• Drawings can be uploaded into AutoCAD or DesignCAD allowing our staff to make any necessary revisions or to create unique designs.

• Our in-house engineer has an extensive background with good communication and problem-solving skills giving us a clear understanding of the project requirements ensuring a structurally sound design.

• Our Ornamental Iron Director has solid knowledge (and a library on the subject) of commercial building codes so inspection issues are minimized.

• Site foremen have experienced knowledge of their trade with fully bilingual workers on hand.

• It should go without saying, but we know how to read blueprints — don't assume your subcontractors can.

• Safety: Crews come fully prepared with safety equipment including steel-toed work boots, hard hats, fire extinguishers and first-aid kits. Majestic also conducts monthly in-house safety meetings.

• For an additional charge, Majestic can present a safety workshop at any jobsite for workers and other subcontractors. This can be invaluable if you see that a subcontractor is at risk. Taking 20 minutes a day for a safety training session covers you and prevents senseless accidents. A variety of topics and full-spectrum safety meetings are available, in both English and Spanish.
